Tucked away in a peaceful setting, my fully equipped Cabin gym is designed with one thing in mind—your comfort. It’s a calm, private space where you can train at your own pace, without feeling watched or judged.
No mirrors. No loud music. No crowds. Just you and me, working together in a non-threatening, encouraging environment that feels safe and supportive from the moment you step inside.
Whether you're brand new to exercise or returning after some time away, the Cabin is a place where you can feel at ease, build confidence, and make steady progress toward your goals—without the overwhelm.

There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to fitness, and that’s the beauty of personal training in the Cabin. Everything we do is tailored to you—your body, your goals, and how you want to feel.
We use a wide variety of equipment to keep things fresh, interesting, and fun:
• Dumbbells
• Kettlebells
• Suspension trainer
• Resistance bands
• Swiss ball
We might focus on gentle strength-building, boosting stamina, or improving your balance and flexibility. Some days you may feel like doing more—other days, less—and that’s completely okay. Together, we’ll find the rhythm that works for you.
You’ll never be bored, and you’ll never be left behind. Just plenty of support, encouragement, and those little “wow, I just did that!” moments.
The Cabin also opens up to an outdoor space—perfect for fresh-air training in the warmer months, with options like battle ropes, skipping, or simply enjoying the breeze.
