The Cabin is my private personal training space in Rowlands Castle - created for women who want to feel stronger, healthier and more confident in a comfortable, non-intimidating environment.

Whether you are completely new to exercise, returning after a break, or simply looking for more personal support and guidance, sessions are tailored to you and your individual needs.

No pressure

No mirrors

No feeling like you need to "keep up".

Just supportive personal training designed to help you feel your best.

What sessions are like

Every session is designed around you, your fitness level, your confidence and your goals.

Together we work on improving:

  • strength

  • fitness

  • mobility

  • balance

  • energy

  • and overall wellbeing

Sessions may include:  ​

  • strength training

  • resistance bands

  • kettlebells

  • dumbells

  • mobility work

  • gentle cardio

  • Functional fitness for everyday life.

And while we work hard, there is always encouragement, support and usually plenty of laughter too!​

who i work with

Most of the women that I work with are in their 50s, 60s and beyond and simply want to feel better in themselves again.

Some are completely new to exercise. Some are returning after years of putting everyone else first.

Others want to feel stronger, fitter and more confident as they get older.

Many women come to me because they:

  • feel uncomfortable in gyms

  • don't know where to begin

  • feel worried about injury or doing things wrong

  • are struggling with motivation or confidence

  • want support, encouragement and accountability.

  • Simply want to feel healthier and more energetic again.

 

And that's exactly what I'm here to help with.​

Getting started is simple

We'll talk about

  • How you are feeling

  • Any worries or limitations you may have

  • and what you would like to achieve

From there, your sessions are tailored specifically to you and your individual needs.​
